Joe Montana - 2020

As I have mentioned countless times on the podcast and various other places, I am a huge 49ers fan. I am going to put my knowledge to the test...I am going to see how many 49ers starting quarterbacks I can name. Unlike a lot of teams, the 49ers for (for the most part) have lacked a franchise quarterback in recent years, so this list will be long. Starting at Joe Montana and finishing with Jimmy Garoppolo, will I miss anyone who suited up in the crimson and gold?

I will preface this with the following statement: I, Stephanie E. Smith, promise I have done zero recent research and am doing this purely from memory. I solemnly swear that I will make no changes once finalized and fact checked.

I am pretty sure there was a guy named Tim. I think his last name started with an R? I will give myself half points if there is a Tim R.

Alex Smith (LOML)

Shaun Hill (he is actually hilarious in real life)

Trent Dilfer (not a fan)

JT O'Sullivan (you thought I'd forget him, huh?)

Colin Kaepernick (*kisses bicep*)

Blaine Gabbert (hope you're doing well out there, Blaine. wherever you are...)

Bryan Hoyer (actually helped win me a fantasy championship)

*light begins to glimmer again*

Jimmy Garoppolo (ayyyyy)

CJ Beathard (he did his best, truly)

Nick Mullens (BDN, a not safe for work nickname, is what I call him)

Let's see how I did.......

WOW I did so good.....

Missed a few stragglers there who started a few games, but I got all the primary starters! Even the Tim R (Rattay)!
